What is an installment loan?
Our installment loan is a loan that is paid off with easy installments.
What do I need to qualify?
Live in the local area, have verifiable income and, have a checking or savings account.
What are your days and hours of operation?
All store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.
Do you check my credit rating?
No, we do not pull your credit report for our installment loans.
What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?
No problem, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.
How can I apply?
The quickest way is to call the location that is most convenient for you or you can apply online and a representative will contact you the same day if you are applying during regular business hours. If you are applying after 6:00 pm, we will contact you by 10:00am the next business day.
How long does it take to get an approval?
It normally takes 30 minutes or less from application to pre-approval.
How much can I borrow?
Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request.
Do I need direct deposit to qualify for a loan?
No. You can qualify for a loan even if you don’t have a direct deposit into your account.
Does my credit line ever increase?
Yes. We re-evaluate your account each time you bring new information in to us and may periodically raise your loan limit up to the amount allowed by state and federal regulations.
Can I get additional funds before I make the final payment on my current loan?
You may be able to if you have credit available on your account. You can call the location where you have your account and a representative will be happy to discuss that with you.
What options do I have when my loan is due?
You can always pay off your loan with no penalty for early payment. If you need to make the scheduled payment you can either come into our office and pay, or we can process your payment through your bank. You also have the option to pay more than the scheduled payment and begin paying your loan off faster.
Are your services confidential?
We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information and information regarding all transactions completely confidential.
Who can I contact if I have a suggestion, comment or complaint?
